Precision twisting for industrial assembly work. The very precise angled screwdriver is suitable for tight spaces and always tightens the screws to the same tightness. The corner end has a 3/8" square attachment for the sockets. The desired torque between 25 Nm and 40 Nm is adjusted with its own special wrench and verified in a separate test bench. When the desired torque is set, the machine is used to tighten it to the same tightness. When the desired torque is reached, the machine stops automatically and the green the light will light up as a sign of a successful connection. If there is a problem in the connection, the machine will indicate it with a red light and a sound.
The rotation speed of the screwdriver can be adjusted between 50 and 220 revolutions per minute with its own computer program. With the program, it is also possible to adjust the screwdriver in stages, for example, if you want high revolutions at the beginning, so that the "empties" can be driven out of the long screw. After this, the revolutions are counted, so that the final tightening can be carried out in a controlled manner.
