Product description:
A very precise screwdriver with a mechanical switch intended for assembly work. Ergonomic and light machine for continuous use. The very light and short-movement switch also adds to the comfort of use. The compact device fits even in tight spaces - only 26 mm from the center of the screw tip to the top edge of the machine. Weight with 2.0 Ah battery only 1.2 kg. The bright and adjustable double LED light clearly illuminates the work site.

When screwing, the machine stops when the desired tightening torque is reached and the green indicator lights up for a moment. If there is something wrong with the connection and the tightening does not take place as it should, the machine beeps and the red indicator lights up. A low battery is warned by an indicator light before the battery is completely empty. The indicator lights also indicate the need for future maintenance.

The desired tightening torque is adjusted in a separate test bench between 1.5-6.5Nm. A separate key is required to adjust the torque (product no. 765027-4). To a wider extent, the device can also be adjusted with a separate computer program. Rotational speed adjustable between 100-1300 min-1. The program can also be used to adjust different steps for tightening, e.g. at first one round with the pack to ensure that the screw hits the thread, then at full speed to remove the "empties" from the long screw, and at the end slowing down to slower rounds so that the final tightening is controlled. All this automatically and very quickly by pressing the operating switch.
