The Makita TD003G is a powerful impact screwdriver with a carbon brushless motor. The automatic speed control maintains a constant torque and prevents the reduction of the rotational speed caused by a reduced battery charge. There are four different speed ranges and one function mode to choose from: automatic function for drill bit screws when drilling into thin metal. Stepless speed control is available in all speed ranges and in function mode. This enables precise fastening in various applications. eXtreme Protection Technology (XPT) improves dust and water resistance when working in challenging conditions.

Very convenient attachment of the screw tip just by pressing the tip into place. The tip locks automatically, and there is no need to lift the clamping collar as is normally the case with similar machines. Two LED lights illuminate the screwing target without shadow. The lights can also be turned on for an hour by placing the direction change lever in the middle position and pressing the operating switch. The lights either turn off automatically after an hour or if the power switch is pressed again.

The XGT® system has built-in digital communication between the battery and the machine. This way the battery can communicate with the tool and vice versa. The battery also recognizes and stores in memory the tools used with it. XGT® machines have an efficient carbon brushless motor, which enables a longer operating time per charge.
