The VC006GM is Makita's first battery-powered M-filtration class vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner takes power from two XGT® 40V batteries and thus creates a maximum voltage of a whopping 80V. The suction power and air volume correspond to mains-powered construction site vacuums of the same size class.

Automatic filter cleaning prevents the filters from clogging and keeps the suction power high. The flow monitor, which is part of the standards of the M filtration class, signals with beeps if the air flow decreases for some reason. This prevents dust particles from entering the room air and thereby the airways.

With the help of the automatic start system AWS (Auto-start Wireless System) found in the vacuum cleaner, you can get the tool and the vacuum cleaner to talk to each other via a bluetooth connection. When the machine equipped with a bluetooth chip is started, the vacuum cleaner also starts automatically.

When vacuuming liquids, the machine's electronic sensors recognize when there is a maximum amount of liquids in the container. In this case, the machine stops suction and beeps. When vacuuming dry material, it is recommended to use a fleece dust bag. This ensures that the exhaust air remains clean both when working and when emptying the tank.

The volume of the tank for dry use is 40 liters and for wet material 30 liters.

Both 38 mm and 28 mm diameter suction hoses, the necessary adapters for connecting to the machine, suction pipes and handle, floor and crevice nozzle and a fleece dust bag are supplied as standard equipment.

As an accessory, Makita's Makpac briefcase can be attached to the vacuum cleaner, where the accessories can be conveniently carried with the vacuum cleaner.
