The battery is in a separate battery dock, which is connected to the machine with a flexible cable. The battery can be placed on a belt, hung from the ceiling or even on a desk.
The lightness and low center of gravity enable easy control and the device is easy to control. The large operating switch is easy to use even when wearing gloves. Grinding area 100x150 mm and grinding movement 3 mm. Adjustable vibration speed from 6,000 to 10,000 min-1.
The carbon brushless efficient motor enables a long operating time per charge and an efficient grinding result. The engine's electronics also keep the revolutions constant in varying loads. Soft start and electric brake make use easier.
The sanding pad is also suitable for using sanding nets in addition to normal sanding papers. Material removal and dust control is more efficient with a sanding net. The mesh also does not clog as easily as sandpaper when removing paint, for example.
Efficient dust extraction into its own easily empty dust bag or with a vacuum connection directly to a vacuum cleaner. Compatible with Makita AWS system. The system wirelessly controls the compatible vacuum cleaner to turn on and off simultaneously with the sander.
