Battery-operated metal circular saw for accurate and fast metal sawing. Saws metal profiles of various thicknesses almost without sparks without a fire work card. The metal shavings produced during sawing can be effectively collected in the shavings container. The tank can be emptied quickly with one hand.

The efficient carbon brushless motor combined with the Makita XGT 40V battery system guarantees excellent sawing performance even under heavy load. Maximum sawing dimension up to 67 mm thanks to the large 185 mm blade. The speed of the blade is 3500/min and the constant speed controller minimizes the decrease in rotation speed under load.

Active load detection stops the machine's blade if the blade gets stuck in the piece being sawed for some reason. The electronic electric brake stops the blade immediately when the switch is released. The brake increases work safety, but also speeds up work when repeated cuts are made in succession. Soft start reduces recoil when starting. The blade guard can also be opened with a separate lever, making it easier to start precise sawing.

Two bright LED lights show the sawing point clearly even in low light. The machine also has the Makita XPT system, which effectively protects the device against dust and water.
