A versatile 15 cm Friction Arm with an adapter anti-rotation action on one end and a 1/4” adapter on the other end. In addition, Nano Clamp 386B-1 is included. The anti-rotation function is compatible with Manfrotto 055 series and 190 series products. The shape of the adapter locks the arms 100% and prevents them from twisting and moving due to the weight of the accessories. There are several different adapter accessories available, the use of which depends on what is attached to the stem. The accessories are easy to change with the supplied hex key. If you are using a tripod without the possibility of installing it using the so-called LINK thread, we recommend this stem, because the stem can be attached to the tripod leg using the 386 Clamp.
The Friction Arm is perfectly suited for supporting a flash light or LED light in close-up photography or for supporting an external image monitor in video photography. The Manfrotto Digital Director can also be attached to the stem. If it is used as a monitor or for video documentation while taking photos, the Manfrotto Twist Grip can also be used to attach a smartphone to the 244 Micro stem.
