Wrench also presses the extra liquid off from food stuff so they will stay crispy (sauerkraut). You can put boiling water inside the bucket and also use it in the microwave oven. Not to the freezer. Square shape takes less space in the fridge. Made in Finland. Bucket is ok for dishwasher, squeezer hand wash.
