The Medela Harmony™ Manual Breast Pump is ideal for occasional pumping. The pump has a PersonalFit Flex™ chest strap and an ergonomic 2-stage pump handle. Harmony is a quiet and unobtrusive breast pump that is easy to handle and clean. The handle allows you to switch between short, low-volume pumps (to stimulate the flow of milk) and longer, deeper pumps to achieve optimal milk pumping, mimicking the way a baby breastfeeds. Keep in mind that you may need a different breast size than the size that came with the pump. The correct size is crucial for successful pumping.

2-Phase Expression technology:
At the beginning of each feeding, the baby uses short, quick suckings to stimulate the mother's let-down reflex. When the milk starts to flow, the baby switches to slower, stronger suctions, sucking as much milk as possible at once. Medela pumps mimic this natural sucking behavior of babies.
