Medela Purelan™ Lanolin cream acts as quick relief for sensitive nipples and dry skin. Often in the first days and weeks of breastfeeding, many women experience tenderness and dryness in their breasts. Lanolin is 100% natural and safe for your baby, you don't need to remove the cream before breastfeeding.
