Adhesive for metal leaf, suitable on most surfaces. Apply a slightly thicker coat to very absorbent surfaces. Allow to dry for around 15-20 minutes, until it's transparent. Apply the metal leaf and press with a soft paintbrush. Allow to dry thoroughly.
