Molkosan is rich in L+ lactic acid, which the body needs and produces to feed beneficial intestinal bacteria. The healthier and more balanced the bacterial population, the better the intestine and the whole body works. Compared to other lactic acid foods valued for their health, Molkosan's L+ content is in a class of its own. For example, compared to natural yogurt, it is twice as much, curd almost 2.4 times and sauerkraut no less than 3.5 times!

Molkosan is made from fresh organic milk from happy cows grazing in the Alps. The rich vegetation of wild meadows gives its own valuable addition to alpine milk. Milk from cows that eat versatile, clean and organic food cannot be compared to intensively produced milk that has been post-processed in many ways.

During production, protein, carbohydrates and fat are removed from organic milk by filtering. Pure whey is pasteurized as gently as possible, so that in the next stage of the fermentation process, only our own lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus casei) developed for the purpose is included. The result is clear Molkosan, rich in L+ lactic acid.

Calorie-free, lactose-free.
