The smallest of the Muurikka family of pans.

- Diameter: 38cm
- The muurikka pan is packed in a fabric protective bag.
- Can be used both with gas and open fire, as well as on an electric grill.

- Commissioning: Clean the new pan by washing it with a mild detergent or hot water, heat the pan dry and burn the fat immediately after cleaning in the following way: Wipe the pan with frying oil or spread Muurikka Silava evenly and thinly over the entire surface of the pan. The fat must not pour thickly onto the bottom of the pan, because when it accumulates, the fat will burn into an uneven mass. Heat the pan hot with a gas burner, electric grill, embers or open fire so that the fat darkens and dries in the pan at least in the middle of the pan. You can wash the pan again and do the fat treatment again as needed. You can repeat greasing and heating until the pan turns black, but this is not necessary, the pan will darken and patina more with use.

- Cleaning: Always clean the pan after use. The pan is best cleaned immediately after use. Put a splash of water in the pan, boil and clean the pan with a spatula and paper towel. Wipe the pan dry and grease the fried side lightly with cooking oil or Muurikka silava.
- Storage: Before long-term storage, clean, dry and degrease the pan by heating it with Muurikka Silava (heating removes moisture from the pan and Silava prevents rusting). Store the pan in a dry place.
