With Mylläri's domestic Lettu and pancake flour, you can quickly prepare tasty Lettu for the whole family. You can always make a suitable portion of dough from a kilo-sized bag. Add only the desired liquid (milk, vegetable milk or water) to the flour mixture, let it set for a while - and the dough is ready to bake. If you don't want to stand by the stove while baking, you can also make a wonderful pancake from the flour mixture. Lettuja flour mix contains healthy whole grain oats and no milk or eggs. Also suitable for making waffles.
