Mylläri's Spinach flour contains whole grain oat flour and well-dried spinach (the amount of spinach in the bag corresponds to 97 g of fresh spinach). Lettujuuho does not contain milk or egg, so lettujauho, made with vegetable milk or water, is suitable for many diets.

Previously, the product was known as Moomin Mom's Spinach Flour. The product is the same, only the name and packaging have changed.
