Myllin Paras Tumma Macaroni is made from yeast bread wheat flour and water. Yeast bread wheat flour is made from the part of the wheat kernel close to the crust layer when wheat flour is milled. Yeast bread wheat flour therefore contains the nutrient-rich parts close to the grain shell, which make the flour darker and more fiber-rich. The dark Macaroni will lighten a little when cooked. It goes well with all macaroni dishes: boxes, stir-fries, stews, soups and as such to be served with sauce.
