The alarm is used by entering a four-digit PIN code into the keypad on the front of the device.
The system has three operating modes.
Two different settings are available in the alarm mode.
1. The alarm is usually set to Away with an entry and exit delay.
2. The alarm can also be set to Home mode with a 15-second exit delay and 0-second entry delay.
3. In beep mode, the device sounds an alarm as soon as the alarm is triggered.
In addition, when the emergency mode is activated, a loud alarm is triggered and attracts attention. Emergency mode can be activated when the alarm is in Beep, Away or Home mode or even when it is disabled.
The alarm is powered by 3 LR03 (AAA) alkaline batteries and has an optional 2.5mm jack for a 4.5V DC AC/DC power supply so you never run out of power.
