A gel-based effective rust remover is the best and gentlest option for removing rust from all metal surfaces. Thanks to its formulation, the product stays well on vertical surfaces and on surfaces where normal rust removers run off quickly. Instructions for use:
Direct application on large pieces:
Remove all oil or grease residues from the rusty area. Oil, grease, oil, grease, etc. Remove all oil and grease from the surface of the vehicle, including old paint or loose rust, using a steel wool or steel brush.
Pour into a suitable container and immediately close the screw cap.
Apply a thick coat only to the rusty area. Shake the product every few minutes to keep the gel active. Do not allow to dry on the surface.
When the rust has turned grey, brush off any residue with a steel wool or steel brush.
Wipe dry with a lint-free cloth. Repeat if necessary.
Immersion method for small pieces:
Remove all oil or grease residues from the rusty area. Also remove old paint or loose rust with a steel wool or steel brush.
Pour into a suitable container and close the screw cap immediately.
Immerse the piece in the gel and ensure that it is completely covered.
Keep the piece fully immersed in the gel until the rust is completely removed.
Remove the specimen from the container and wipe clean with a lint-free cloth.
Try on a small inconspicuous area before actual use. Use protective gloves. Discard excess product, do not pour back into container. Make sure to wash all brushes and tools with clean water immediately after use. May cause discoloration. Immediately wash with water any splashes on paint or skin. Store at 5 -15 C. Protect product from freezing.
