How to use: Apply sunscreen liberally before sun exposure. Reapply often, especially after swimming, sweating and towel drying. The recommended amount for adults is approx. 30ml for the whole body. Too little cream will reduce the protection significantly. Avoid excessive exposure to the sun, even with sunscreen. Overexposure to the sun causes a serious health risk. Protect babies and small children from direct sunlight. Allow to absorb completely, avoid direct contact with textiles and hard surfaces to prevent stains
