The thunder hammer or thunderbolt is a very powerful Finnish symbol. At the same time, it is the equivalent of the Scandinavian Thor's hammer. With his weapon, the giant overlord dispensed justice and caused lightning strikes. As a symbol, the thunder hammer is ambiguous: with the edge down it resembles a boat, when turned upwards it looks like a hammer and horizontally it resembles an axe. The moon shines in the dark blue sky. Ferns sway in the wind. A group of hikers travels deep in the dark forest, among ancient oaks and pines. Suddenly the leader of the group stops and raises his hands in the air. The crowd stops, and the sound of footsteps stops. In the night, only the distant hoot of an owl can be heard. The man sneaks past the nettles, touches the trunk of a broken tree. Raises his gaze towards the coal-blackened summit. Turns the tree, caressing the bark with his hand. Feel the deep grooves on the rough surface. The man bends down and looks at the furrows that the moonlight reveals: "Uko's hammer." He has been here.” At the same time, the furrows flash into flames. A giant rumble is heard in the distance. The night sky flashes, and the shadowy Korpitienoo and the fells lurking behind it are revealed.
