Test principle: During the test, the sample reacts with particles coated with H. pylori antibody. The sample mixture moves along the membrane by capillary action and binds to H. pylori antibodies, forming a colored line. The presence of this colored line in the test line area indicates a positive result, while its absence indicates a negative result. To ensure the quality of the procedure, a colored line should always appear in the control area C of the membrane, indicating that the correct amount of sample has been added and the membrane is sufficiently moist.
If the test result is positive, it means that H. pylori antigen has been detected in the stool, and you should report the test result to a doctor. The doctor will assess the need for further investigation.
