Each reading can be saved to a smartphone using the Omron Connect application. Through the application, it is easy to monitor the development of the fever and even share information if desired. The device uses sound wave technology to transfer data to the phone, and the result of the previous measurement remains in the device's memory.
The thermometer has a convenient power saving feature, so it turns off automatically 30 minutes after starting the measurement result, when the measurement result has not been transferred or when 2 minutes have passed since the measurement result transfer started.
