The bath boiler has two parts, the bath part and the boiler. The food is prepared gently by simmering in the steaming part, which is in the pot over boiling water. The new non-stick coating of the bath part makes it easier to clean the dish even from food items that usually stick tightly to the dish.
In a steam pot, the food does not need to be monitored and mixed as carefully as in a regular pot. The steel pot can also be used separately as a regular pot and the steaming part, for example, as an oven dish.
