Calima is characterized by very quiet running noise, high efficiency and low energy consumption. A fully automatic fan that can be adjusted with a mobile app if desired. Suitable for all rooms where you want to remove air, not just the bathroom. Also for boats and caravans (optional 12 V).


With the factory settings, the Pax Calima is a fully automatic exhaust fan, and it does not necessarily need to be adjusted at all. It runs continuously at a low base speed, which ensures continuous ventilation. In addition to the three speeds, the Calima has Boost quick ventilation. The fan's basic operation is automatically boosted when the light sensor is activated or when the humidity rises quickly and significantly, for example due to the effect of a shower.

If Calimaa wants to be adjusted and controlled, it is done via Bluetooth with a smartphone or tablet.
Pax Calima is really easy to install and use.
Cleaning the fan has been made even easier and no tools are needed.
It is approved for installation in wet rooms.
Calima can be installed in ducts with a diameter of 100-140 mm. Installation in smaller and larger ducts can be done either with Pax cover plates or with a platform frame.

The fan works continuously with basic air exchange (about 30 m3/h). If the sensor detects a change in light or movement in the room, the fan power increases (about 60 m3/h). If the air humidity rises quickly and significantly, for example during a shower, the power increases even more (about 95 m3/h). When the humidity is gone, the fan returns to basic ventilation (about 30 m3/h).

With the help of the app, the fan can also be paired with the towel dryer if it has Pax's Momento II™ timer. Thus, Calima also automatically starts the towel dryer when the humidity level in the room rises.

Alternative 12 V: Pax Calima has been developed for several different applications. The built-in 12 volt input enables the fan to be used in, for example, a summer house, boat or mobile home. The fan consumes very little power, so it does not drain the battery. Note! The back draft preventer must not be used in a gravity ventilation duct (ceiling/chimney), because the natural exchange of air must not be prevented. The draft stop prevents the ventilation of the self-extracting duct, which is not good for the structures or the quality of the indoor air.
