Extremely durable multifunctional device that works as a grill, oven, mud or campfire base.
You can use the Petromax Atago multifunction device with a cast iron skillet (compatible products: Petromax ft3, ft6 or ft9) or a cast iron wok. Light the coals in the Atago, and place the cast iron Petromax cauldron or cast iron pot on top of the Petromax Atago.
When a Petromax pot or cast-iron wok is installed inside the Atago, a "steel jacket" is formed around the pot or wok, which directs the heat to the pot or wok evenly and efficiently.
The Petromax Atago comes with a grill grate as standard, which turns the Atago into a traditional charcoal grill.
Without the grill grate, the Atago works as a slurry, in which you can place, for example, Petromax's Percolator and make coffee or tea.
Petromax Atago is the result of long planning. Its different parts are packed inside each other. Due to this feature, it is ready to use in the blink of an eye. When packed in a pile, its thickness is only 15 cm, so it is easier to store and transport than a traditional grill with legs.
