Poppamie's RUB spices are suitable for dry marinating, i.e. rubbing on meat, as well as for general seasoning in the home kitchen or at the grill. The spice mixture is also suitable for smoked meat. There is nothing extra in the seasoning, all the ingredients have been rubbed into balance in terms of flavors, salt and sweetness. The seasoning should be rubbed into the meat generously, approx. 40-50 g per kilogram of meat.
