The ProQ cold smoker is a patented (Patent – GB2471296) smoke generator that produces smoke for up to ten hours. Can be used in any smoking cabinet with good air circulation. With this device you can turn, for example, a charcoal or gas grill into a cold smoker.
The ProQ cold smoker does not need electricity, gas or other additional fuel, only a glow candle used for lighting.
Please note that the package does not include cold smoke chips, remember to order them separately, ordinary smoke chips do not work in a cold smoker.
