The active ingredients contained in the nasal cleansing spray developed by Propolia® are 100% natural and organic (thyme, eucalyptus). Other active ingredients are a physiological saline solution made from Camargue salt and purified propolis.

Instructions for use : Spray in each nostril 1-2 times three times a day. Shake well before use. Open the nose first and put the nozzle of the bottle in the nostril, inhale and spray the spray into the nose. Leave it on for a few minutes and repeat. Wipe the mouth of the bottle clean after use.
