Metal construction and slim design The Sigma1's durable metal construction ensures precise and robust performance. Its slim design means it takes up little space on the worktop, but its components are robust and stable.
Removable sled The sled can be easily removed for slicing or cleaning large products.
Safety switch and two operating modes The slicer has a short and continuous operating mode. For short-term use, the switch is pressed and pushed forward, causing the blade to rotate as long as the switch is pressed. In continuous mode, the switch is pressed and pushed, causing the blade to rotate without the switch being held down.
Adjustment of slice thickness The slice thickness can be adjusted steplessly up to 20 mm.
Stainless steel toothed rotary blade with lock for perfect slices. It is ideal for slicing all types of food. The blade is easy to remove for cleaning thanks to the convenient bayonet lock.
