Sandvik 14C28N is a martensitic stainless chrome steel whose properties are optimized for high-quality knives intended for professional use. The 14C28N stainless chrome steel of each RUIKE knife has been further refined by hardening and cryotechnology (treatment of steel at a very low temperature, the so-called cryo-zone), thus achieving an ideal blade hardness between 57-59 HRC.
