In the development of Sanelli Premana Professional series knives, attention has been paid to occupational safety, reliability and hygiene. Use:

Purifying:
• The knives are machine washable. However, take the knives out of the dishwasher as soon as the washing program ends and dry them carefully.
• When washing by hand (recommended), make sure that there are no food residues or dirt left between the handle and the blade.

Sharpening and maintenance:
