Coltellerie Sanelli SpA developed its own Premana Professional knife series by analyzing and solving each of the problems associated with a professional's daily work. Sanelli knives are made in Italy, where they have been made for 150 years. Sanelli kitchen knives are packed in brown cardboard covers. The main features of Sanelli knives:

Machine washing dulls the knife, so we recommend hand washing the knives!
