With the help of an organic raising basket made of rattan, you can get your bread to rise perfectly and have a beautiful patterned surface.
The rising basket enables optimal air circulation around the dough, which helps the dough rise evenly, resulting in fluffy and airy loaves. The basket only gets better with use, and its surface becomes anti-stick over time.
It's easy to use. Place the dough inside the rising basket, let it rest and rise for the desired time. When you're done, gently invert your bread onto the baking sheet, and let the oven make your bread perfectly delicious.
