The most essential accessory for any backpack or backpack is a pair of decent packing straps. The few variants in our selection cover different needs and preferences. These straps are made for exceptionally hard use: the spring-locked metal flap buckle withstands significantly more severe use than plastic buckles, the downside is that it weighs more than a light plastic buckle.
BUCKLE AND LENGTH OPTIONS To meet different needs and preferences, we offer these with different buckle options.
Cam buckle: A sprung flap buckle made of metal, suitable for heavier use, offers reliability even in rougher use. The fact that the basic equipment of a soldier in the Finnish Defense Forces includes a bunch of practically identical belts tells something about this version.
The length options, indicated according to the maximum circumference of the item around which the strap is enough, are 80 and 120 cm. The shorter 80 cm is enough for the most common things that you want to attach to the outside of the backpack/chest, i.e. sleeping bags and sleeping pads. 120 cm, on the other hand, is suitable for various special needs, larger tent rolls, bundles of firewood, and is generally long enough for almost anything you could ever imagine wanting to use such a thong for. And hey, if you run out of length, you can always chain these together!
