Shelly Dimmer 2 dimmer relay for Wi-Fi. Dimmer 2 works without a neutral wire and can be used to control LED, incandescent and halogen bulbs. Dimmer 2 is a compact dimmer relay designed to fit in most of the cabinetry behind light switches and switches. Connectable to a wireless network, Dimmer 2 makes it easy to transform traditional lighting into smart lighting. Once installed, the lights can still be operated in the traditional way from the light switch. Dimmer 2 can be configured to track sunrise and sunset, automatically adjusting the lighting. If a single Dimmer 2 dimmer relay is to control several different lights, the light sources to be controlled must be identical in terms of wattage and operating technology. When used without a neutral wire, Dimmer 2 requires a minimum power consumption of 10 W to operate. If the power consumption of the connected light is lower than this, a separate Shelly Bypass device must be installed in between.
