Chaga aka black mass(Inonotus obliquus) is known to be the king of mushrooms. Chaga has played an important role for several cultures and uses for millennia, starting from the culture of the old Finno-Ugric tribes all the way up to the American Indian and Siberian tribes.
Dosage: Adult dose of 25 ml to be consumed before meals 1-2 times a day. The recommended daily intake for adults is 50 ml. 1 tbsp~15ml.
Dosage for children: Not recommended for children under 12 years old.
