SimPal S260 is a remotely controlled GSM socket with energy measurement features and is designed for switching on and off electrical devices. The mains power controlled by the device can be connected from a mobile phone with an SMS text message, a phone call or a mobile application (Android & iOS apps).

SimPal S260 is equipped with an external antenna and is compatible with all operators' SIM cards, and does not require a separate data contract to operate - voice and SMS services are sufficient. The device is suitable for controlling indoor home, cottage and office devices. The energy measurement features provide valuable information about energy consumption and alarm ranges can be defined for consumption. Due to the external antenna connection, the device is also suitable for use in areas where the coverage of the GSM network is very poor. SimPal S260 also warns of power outages and their recovery. With this information, the user can report power outages to the power companies and take the necessary measures if the power outage continues longer. The product package comes with a temperature sensor, so the device is versatile for various automatic heating controls at home, in the garage, on a boat, and in summer cottages. Temperature information can also be sent via SMS directly to a GSM mobile phone.

Installing the device is uncomplicated: Install a SIM card in the device and specify the phone number with the SMS text message #00# - after this the device is ready for use! Text message #01# turns the device on, and text message #02# turns the device off! The device also has an easy-to-use Android/iOS application. For more advanced users, the device offers possibilities for defining five numbers, defining timed / delayed controls and many other useful additional features. The SimPal S260 GSM plug is safe. The device complies with all safety regulations required by CE approval and its shells are made of non-combustible plastic material.

The product package includes a central unit, an external temperature sensor and a manual. The product package comes with an Elisa Laitenetti SIM card, which the customer can easily activate if they wish. The inexpensive SIM card has been tested to work with the SimPal S260 product and also does not expire like prepaid subscriptions. The PIN code inquiry for the SIM card has been removed, so its implementation is as simple as possible.
