SimPal T40-V2 is a new remote controllable GSM socket designed for turning on and off electrical appliances. The mains power controlled by the device can be connected from a mobile phone with an SMS text message, a phone call or a mobile application (apps). SimPal T40 is compatible with all operators' SIM cards, and does not require a separate data contract to function - voice and SMS services are sufficient. The device is suitable for controlling indoor home, cottage and office devices.
SimPal T40-V2 also warns of power outages and their recovery. With this information, the user can report power outages to the power companies and take the necessary measures if the power outage continues longer.
The SimPal T40-V2 system can also be expanded with SimPal T20-V2 sockets (max. 4x) and wireless V2 sensors (max. 6x). Control to the remote unit takes place with a 433MHz wireless frequency. In this way, several remote-controlled sockets can be installed at the site, which can be controlled using one SIM card, and a small burglar alarm can be expanded from the system.
The product package comes with a temperature sensor, so the device is versatile for various automatic heating controls at home, in the garage, on a boat, and in summer cottages. Temperature information can also be transmitted via SMS text message directly to a GSM mobile phone.

Installing the device is uncomplicated: Install a SIM card in the device and specify the phone number with the SMS text message #00# - after this the device is ready for use! Text message #01# turns the device on, and text message #02# turns the device off! The device also has an easy-to-use Android/iOS application.
For more advanced users, the device offers options for defining five numbers, defining timed/delayed controls and many other useful additional features.
The SimPal T40-V2 GSM plug is safe. The device complies with all safety regulations required by CE approval and its shells are made of non-combustible plastic material.

The product package includes a central unit, an external temperature sensor, Finnish installation instructions and an English manual.

The inexpensive (3.99eur/month) SIM card has been tested to work with the SimPal T40 product and also does not expire like prepaid subscriptions. The PIN code inquiry for the SIM card has been removed, so its implementation is as simple as possible.
