Snubber TWIST is a patented boat rope tensioner that reduces the strain on the boat and the dock. Snubbers are made from carefully selected raw materials, so they can withstand harsh weather conditions without getting tired. The materials do not give off color, they do not leave marks on the side or deck of your boat. Snubber Twist is a quality product designed in Finland and manufactured in Finland.
Snubber TWIST increases the flexibility of the rope, so that your boat stays anchored without straining your boat's bow and pier bollards when the waves rock the boat. When you anchor your boat in open water, for example for fishing, the Snubber connected to the anchor rope softens violent jolts that strain the rope attachment and feel uncomfortable. It is a good idea to get a boat rope tensioner for each of the four mooring ropes on the boat. At a minimum, two snubbers are needed, but for the general ease of beaching, it is recommended that each rope has its own Snubber. It is also justified to get your own spring for the anchor rope.
Snubber springs are suitable for all boats with a total weight of about one thousand kilograms and up. Snubber TWIST is designed for a weight class of 2-6 tons. It makes sense to tie sailboats, motorboats, fishing vessels and yachts to the pier with ropes equipped with boat elastics. You can attach the Snubber to any rope, including flat ropes and slings. The attachment to the rope can be done in an instant without knots, without the need to detach the rope from either end - let alone cut the rope. The location of the boat spring is easy to move if it was attached to the wrong place.
