Ingredients : Low-lactose ultrafiltered whey protein concentrate (from milk), hydrolyzed whey protein (from milk), dextrose, maltodextrin, L-glutamine, L-leucine, creatine, flavoring (vanilla), sweetener: acesulfame K (E950).

Dosage and purpose of use: Mix two measuring spoons (approx. 65 g) of powder in approx. 400 ml of water or milk. It is recommended to mix in a drink mixer.
