Städter's adjustable rim pan adapts to the dough being baked. The size can be adjusted both lengthwise and widthwise. Length adjustment 25-50 cm and width adjustment 22-41 cm. Edge height 7 cm. The edge pan is made of stainless steel, which can withstand machine washing, but hand washing extends the service life.
