Flavored cream concentrate, i.e. cream jelly powder/cream solidifying powder, supports the cream, making it easier to make frosting, for example. You don't need gelatin. By adding flavored cream concentrate to the whipped cream, you can easily and quickly get a good-tasting frosting and/or filling for a cake, wrapped tart or cream rolls. Also try for desserts.
Manual: Whip the cream (approx. 5dl) into a stiff foam and mix the contents of the flavored cream concentrate package. It's that easy. You can replace part of the cream with e.g. with curd.
