SteyrTek ST-T50E Double column lift with electromagnetic safety lock
- Long 1.7 meter three-piece lifting legs for lifting light trucks, vans and long SUVs.
- The lift is statically CE safety tested with 88% excess weight (normal CE test with 50% excess weight). SteyrTek is dynamically tested with 44% excess weight (the normal CE test is performed with 15% excess weight). SteyrTek builds lifts with the safety first principle. SteyrTek uses larger than normal safety margins.
- Electromagnetic safety lock with 24 volt system. As a backup system, manual invoice. The lock does not need compressed air.
- The nylon sliding surface of the long-lasting and heat-resistant lifting sled is lubrication-free thanks to its macromolecular structure.
- Installation on a reinforced concrete floor of at least 300 mm. You don't need any fasteners to be installed on the casting. 16 holes are drilled in the floor, where the crane is attached with bolts (wedge or chemical anchor bolt). If the floor casting is made with stronger steels or double-layer steels and stronger concrete, even a floor thinner than half is enough.
- Lateral locking of the lifting arms with dynamic hydraulic pressure ensures safe and stable lifting.
- Thanks to the asymmetric structure of the lifting arms, there is room for opening the doors. In addition, door knock protection in both lifting carriages prevents knocks.
- The power of the double hydraulic cylinders is transferred to the lifting carriages by a chain with a five-fold safety margin.
