Innovative blade design

Blades sharpened on both sides
In STIHL hedge trimmers, the blades of the cutting device are sharpened on both sides, so that the cutting of branches goes equally well from all sides. The sharpened blades on both sides also enable an optimal working position.

Two-handed use
When the hedge trimmer is in your hand with both hands, it is easy and quick to start. The rear handle allows you to adjust the cutting speed steplessly - nicely and neatly. Very practical. Two-handed use is equally easy for left- and right-handed people.

Transport position
It is possible to lock the battery in the device in two different positions. In the first position, transport position, the battery is firmly attached to the device, but not in contact with the power supply. In the second position, the operating position, the battery is pressed all the way to the bottom, when the battery supplies power to the device.

Tip guard
The tip guard protects the tip of the blade from wear when working, e.g. close to the ground.

Alternator AL 101
Charger for the STIHL COMPACT battery family. With a charging indicator (LED) and a sticker for attaching the power cord. The charger can also be attached to the wall.

Padded handle with gas trigger
The padded handle ensures a good grip and also eliminates vibration on the hands. The grip is firm and the gas trigger on the handle is comfortable to use.

Hanging loop
The battery-powered hedge trimmer is easy to hang for storage, e.g. on the wall, thanks to the integrated hanging loop.
