The cast aluminium frame is moulded under high pressure, ensuring that the frame never warps. The aluminium used in the pan is almost 100% recycled. The sauce pan is finished with three coats of patented diamond-enhanced XD coating. Diamond is a durable material, an excellent conductor of heat and inherently non-sticky. No other material conducts heat like diamond, which allows the sauce pan to heat up quickly and evenly on all sides. Swiss Diamond coating has the ability to produce a beautifully browned surface on the food being fried at very moderate frying temperatures.
