The cast aluminium frame is moulded under high pressure, ensuring that the frame never warps. The aluminium used in the pan is almost 100% recycled. The fry pan is finished with three coats of patented diamond-enhanced XD coating. Diamond is a durable material, an excellent conductor of heat and inherently non-sticky. No other material conducts heat like diamond, which allows the fry pan to heat up quickly and evenly on all sides. Swiss Diamond coating has the ability to produce a beautifully browned surface on the food being fried at very moderate frying temperatures. There is therefore no need to heat the fry pan to the extreme. The thick bottom is an efficient heat reservoir, so the pan stays hot even when there is a lot to fry in it. The pan can be heated in the oven up to +260 °C. Ergonomic handles remain cool when used on the stove top.
