SwingBlade is the result of a collaboration between two experts in the field, EKA-Veiset and Outdoor Edge (USA). From the collaboration, a lockable model was developed from the EKA combination knife E8.
The concave-shaped opening blade facilitates both gutting and drawing work. The blade cuts from the inside out and thus reduces the risk of damaging the meat and at the same time cuts extremely little tube hair that dulls the blade. Because of this, the blade stays sharp longer. The rounded, blunt end of the blade reduces damage to both meat and rumen.
