This electrode contains Cerium oxide (CeO2). This electrode is used for both alternating current (AC) welding and direct current (DC) welding. The durability of these electrodes is somewhat better than that of pure tungsten electrodes. Mainly used for welding unalloyed and high-alloyed steel, aluminum, titanium, nickel, copper and magnesium alloys at low and medium currents. Suitable for practically all metals.
