An electric mountain bike designed for sporty driving! The Tunturi e290ME is equipped with a Shimano EP8 electric motor developed for mountain bikes, which has a torque of 85 Nm. When pedaling, the motor transmits the precise yet soft feel characteristic of Shimano. It has enough power for challenging terrains, such as steep uphills and crossing rhizomes. The Tunturi e290's sensitive RockShox Judy suspension fork holds its own on challenging routes. When riding on rougher terrain, the frame of the bike can seem stiff and therefore sportier. Driving is fast with the assistance of the electric motor and utilizing the transmissions of the Sram NX 11 gearbox. Shimano's hydraulic disc brakes bring confidence to off-road runs and work efficiently in any weather.
