The sturdy, stiff and narrow blade of the carving knife with a narrow straight-edged blade is suitable for cutting the roast, even if the roast has tendons and bone, where a thin-bladed knife would easily be damaged. The blade is made of a first-class steel. Durable, slip-resistant, ergonomic, and lightweight Fibrox handle holds the hand firmly even if it is greasy or wet. The handle withstands a temperature of 80–110 °C. The knife is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand wash.
